Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are there minimum orders involved?    
A. In some cases for promotional items like stubby holders, umbrellas, towels etc there are minimum quantities and these are different depending on the item, at the time of inquiry we will update you on the minimums if applicable
Flag and banners have no minimums but the more you order the cheaper items are as the biggest cost is general shipping from the factory. (included in quote)


Q. Is postage extra?
A. Postage costs are always included in the overall cost and included in the quote so you won't need to worry about extra charges.

Q. What are the wait times involved?
A. For banners and flags wait time is mostly 7 working days from the order being finalised which you will receive an email stating this, usually items will arrive in less time. For some orders that come by sea you can expect a 4 week wait.

Q. What happens if i am not home on delivery of my order?
A. Due to the value of items, the courier will not leave an item unless specifically instructed to do so and will normally require a signature on arrival. In many cases in the Perth metropolitan area we will personally deliver as we make sure items from the factory are of top quality.
